Duties and Responsibilities: 

Our senior SAP professionals are part of a diverse team which is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that combine business processes with technology to help our government clients achieve the highest levels of performance. 

The consultant must be able to work with end users on the SAP application’s integration and functionality; determine those technology inadequacies and /or deficiencies that can affect the functional area’s ability to support or meet the organizational goals as well as lead enterprise applications integration efforts and oversee the validation of the associated work products.  Senior consultants on the project will lead both small and medium size teams and must proactively educate both team members and the client with specific best practices. The sphere of influence for a Senior Consultant generally includes team leaders and project managers, vendor or contractor SME’s, and limited exposure to project stakeholders.  The consultant must be able to brief senior management.

Critical Knowledge:  Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years working in a SAP environment as a consultant or have played a key role or SME on a project implementation team.  In addition, the candidate should have actively worked on a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations with detailed functional knowledge in at least 2 functional SAP modules, combined with an understanding of business and technical integration issues. 

The consultant should have demonstrable skills of interfacing with customers to determine business requirements.

Must have: SAP Core Experience with the following modules: 

  • MM-IM.  Inventory Management

  • MM-WM.  Warehouse Management

  • MM-IS.  Information System

  • Strong Technical Process Design & Specification capability

  • ABAP programming including data migration conversion routines, user exits, remote function calls

 SAP SCM certification in Release 4.10 or later preferred

Desired skills:  Experience with SAP core Interface (CIF) for integrating SCM with ECC

  • Familiarity with Oracle or other Relational database technology

  • Experience wtih SAP legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW)

  • Department of Defense / Army Materiel Command Project experience
