Job Requirements:
The Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Architect will become a member of the LMP Business Architecture Team. Job responsibilities will span all domains of change; primary focus will be in support of business transformation activities related to LMP 2nd Deployment locations.  He/She will also support the continued enhancement/extension of the already deployed solution and customer sites.

 

As a member of the architecture team, this person’s general responsibilities include the following.

·        Architecture strategy, vision, and thought leadership across all domains of change

·        Specific to the Application Domain, providing architectural best practice guidance and direction to the Solution Delivery and the Production Support teams.

·        Managing customer relationships as a trusted advisor

·        Championing the solution and driving client organization and process change management

·        Solution integration across business, functional, and technical areas

·        Integration of task orders

·        Alignment of development and modifications with core principles of the solution

·        Gap resolution/management

·        Addressing major program issues

·        Resolving technical design issues

·        Program process improvement

·        Continuous architecture/solution improvement

·        Client and LMP team coaching

 Critical Skills 

·        Ability to understand and design complex architectures related to all six domains of change in support of one of the world largest and most complex enterprises

·        The ability to define and develop complex architectural models at all levels of decomposition for Process, Application, Data, and Technology domains, using a variety of modeling tools

·        Executive presence with the ability to deliver ERP best practices education to AMC senior leadership

·        Experience in ERP (preferably SAP) implementation lifecycle methodology and tools

·        Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

·        Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

·        Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        Ability to build “trusted advisor” relationships at the executive level

·        Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and bureaucratic business culture

Educational/Professional Affiliations:   Bachelors degree required; APICS certification or equivalent MRP/ERP implementation experience required

Misc  Primary work location on site in Marlton, NJ, with significant travel to various Deployment 2 client sites, as required
