Job Requirements:  
  • Must be a US Citizen

  • This position requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of PI/XI experience, and 10 years of experience in middleware.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Perform XI/PI operational review and lead architectural strategy sessions
  • Provide guidance, and give focus to best practices, development standards
  • Provide expertise in Security Oriented Architecture (SOA) and how it relates to and integrates
  • Develop Technical specification for technical development
  • Support developers during technical development
  • Perform/analyze integration testing
  • Prepare documentation on landscape of SAP/XI/Interfaces
     

Critical Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in the usage of third-party adapters, and configuring BPM (Business Process Management) interfaces
  • Proficient in all areas of ABAP development
     
  • Experience in PI 7.1 (SOA Middleware)
  • Netweaver XI/PI Certification (recommended, not required)
     
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Able to drive to a project plan and execute to meet deadlines through excellent communications, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment consisting of  a diverse set of individuals
  • Able to run affective meetings/workshops.
  • Is a proactive self-starter
    Organizational Considerations for Good Job Fit     
  • Exposure to large SAP projects.
  • DOD project experience (recommended, but not required)
