Duties and Responsibilities:
The Training Instructor/Developer
should have 3 or more years of experience designing and delivering
training. The training delivery experience should include both small
(15 or less attendees) and large (100+ attendees) audiences, preferably
within a large government engagement. The training experience should
also include thorough knowledge of multiple SAP modules, multiple
business processes within an enterprise, and all associated SAP
transactions. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and
strong presentation skills utilizing both briefing slides and systems
based, hands-on training. They should also have considerable experience
with software tools such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. They should
also be capable of mentoring and guiding less experienced associates.
Experience
Skills and Years: 5-9 years experience in
business or consulting and 3-4 years training experience,
Proficient in the use of MS Office and SAP applications, Commercial, Military or DOD supply
chain/logistics deployment experience on large engagements, government
engagements preferred
Other
Related Skills: SAP/ERP Extensive knowledge of applications sufficient to author and
deliver diverse training materials.

Specific Responsibilities:
The Training Instructor/Developer will be responsible for
developing and delivering end user education and training in a complex
SAP environment addressing military logistics. They may direct the
activities of less experienced associates. They will also ensure their
activity, and that of their associates, aligns with the overall training
organizational goals and objectives.
Critical Knowledge, Product Knowledge & Skills
required
RWD uPerform -- Ability to author training materials using the RWD uPerform tool and
inform others.
SAP -
Extensive knowledge of one or more SAP applications (ECC 6.0, SCM, BI)

• Structured document creation
• Extensive training course development and delivery experience
• Working knowledge of one or more critical business processes and some

• On occasion, demonstrate ability to meet agreed upon objectives with
minimal guidance.
• Flexibility in accepting multiple tasks and changing requirements as
presented by leadership.
Educational/Professional Affiliations:
Bachelors or Masters degree required
